Spiritual Services
The Bön tradition holds a rich history of tantra, shamanism and meditation; deep healing and transformation can be evoked through spiritual ceremony, prayer and meditation. Hundreds of ancient rituals exist for addressing problems in daily life, including peaceful and wrathful methods to create greater harmony and peace in all environments. Many of these rituals continue to be of great benefit. When we live in balance with the elements, with the earth and spirits, and hold a deep reverence and oneness with nature, harmony and abundance are more likely to abide.

* Offering or Dana: It is appropriate to make an offering to the teacher based on what you can manage. These suggested offerings are intended to give guidance.
Dana plays a crucial role in the spiritual life of a Dharma practitioner. Generosity is the first of the ten paramitas, or qualities of character, to be perfected. The act of giving opens up the heart, diminishes for a moment one’s self-absorption, and places value on the well-being of others and is a sincere form of practice.
